The Norfolk Care Awards 2014 had 9 categories, each of which had 3 judging criteria:

It was a night to remember; a fantastic way of recognising and celebrating excellence in adult social care across Norfolk
The event opened by Harold Bodmer, Director of Community Services who shared his great excitement about opening the first Norfolk Care Awards. Harold explained he knows that there are excellent care and support services delivered across Norfolk and the evening was all about recognising and celebrating success.
The champagne reception sponsored by University of East Anglia (UEA) who were delighted to be part of such a fantastic Norfolk Celebration. Professor Jim Gazzard explained that there is an important link between learning and delivering excellence and that the UEA were delighted to play their part in supporting the social care workforce to deliver the best possible care and support to the people of Norfolk.
Helen Lederer, was the host for the evening, she bought her unique mix of humour and her knowledge of the care sector to the party which resulted in a very enjoyable evening for all.
